The Sayre Mansion

Charming hotel with warm welcome. The parlor with fire, snacks and drinks to help ourselves was a nice touch.

A bit noisy with the trains and road nearby.

Great location unique rooms friendly staff.

Breakfast could start at 7 instead of 8.

The staff (especially Emily and Needa) was professional and polite, and went out of their way to make our stay exceptional. Breakfast was delicious, and offered a lot of options. Our son was getting married next-door in the Wilber mansion, and we really appreciated the staff getting us in early and upgrading our room.

No elevator, so we carried our luggage up the staircase.

My original booking was on the third floor. I would have had difficulty with the stairs. They quickly arranged a little suite on the first floor. Most accommodating. I was very grateful. The rooms were very comfortable.

Quaint and quiet

The staff were always kind and ready to assist us. Comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast. I'd highly recommend staying at Sayre Mansion. The haunted stories spiced up the stay!

Good restaurants near by and some shopping. Nice staff.

More selection for breakfast. We appreciate them moving our room due to one of us having a walking boot/broken ankle, but the shower was too small for the chair we brought and the lip made it not as safe to go up.

The driveway to the mansion was difficult to get out of due to being on a very busy street. The room was beautiful but a little chilly. Everything was very neat and clean with thoughtful touches like lotion in the bathroom and bath robes. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly. Very nice atmosphere all around.

The room could have been warmer.
