Coffee was not good. Cold in room

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed sitting in the parlor with the coffee/tea/cookies setup. Holiday decor was beautiful.

Our ground floor room was extremely cold. We were given a space heater but it didn't quite do the trick. It really made for an uncomfortable stay on a winter evening. Also, I found that the towels were too thin for such a high-priced venue. Overall, I am highly critical because we paid over $400 for the room - far more than we usually pay - and I expected more temperature control and better quality towels. Definitely not worth the money.

Room 21 is GORGEOUS. Spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishings are perfect and the bed was very comfortable. The only challenge was the room was quite cold and I had to request a space heater. Also, not all of the electrical outlets worked. If you can solve the HVAC issue in that room, it's a 10 out of 10. The staff were exceptionally gracious, kind and accommodating.

Had to call to get the room cleaned—the cleaning was not like other hotels.

Excellent location for visiting our daughter and son in law in Bethlehem PA. Warm and friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and had very nice ammenities.

The TV could have been more upgraded and postioned better in the room.
