The general location was good in proximity to our needs. The staff was friendly.

The road noise (especially in the overnight hours) was atrocious. The place is run down and what repairs they make are cheap and very poorly done. The quality of the other guests was not good. At 3AM, there was an argument with slamming doors. Completely ruined our night as both my wife and I could not go back to sleep. While I realized this was out of the staffs hands, when I mentioned it, my concern was quickly dismissed. If this is the quality of guest they attract, I could not recommend the Sayre Mansion. The breakfast was also not good.

Everything!!!!! This property is divine, perfectly located in a beautiful, history filled place! Every detail from the room decor to the parlor to the food served to the staff to the Christmas beauty was PERFECT!!!! We will be back!

The proprietary very clean and the blonde lady that cleans is the best they have!!! Such a pleasure to see her! We went back because of her but this time the reception had new girls which were kinda cold ! Also we came back from dinner and the tree was unplugged, no hot water for tea, no fire on at 10 pm! We chose that hotel and pay almost 500 a night for the living room experience but this year wasn’t that pleasant! I think was last year for us! Breakfast staff very cold too, not chatting! Used to be like a Familly , this year was more like ,, let’s make money and go home” We missed out beautiful blonde lady! She should run the place!!! She makes ppl going back!

Super quaint little spot with probably 10 rooms or so, very nice staff and a very great place to spend a few days! There is a nice lobby with a fireplace and coffee and tea so it’s a great place to relax when it’s cold outside. Theres a complimentary breakfast in the morning which while not huge, is a nice perk and they bring the food to you not like a buffet style.

Nothing that stood out that we didn’t like, staff was friendly, even though we were on one of the smallest rooms (22) it was still spacious, had a big bathroom (with a really nice heater) and was a nice and warm room
