The price was good. But we were disappointed by the quality and feel of the place. It was missing an experience of being treated. It was a place to stay, but...

Front desk area was a bit shabby. The experience of getting to our room was through back doors and up and down stairs. The room was large, clean but lacked warmth and was basic. Hot tubs were crowded, and I got lost returning from one in another building. The array of buildings was vast and directions were poor. Not an experience we would want for an anniversary.

Location is great!

Usually the pillows are in better condition. I booked in advance but was placed in a pet room which I did not request. I was quite disappointed and found that quite strange as we’ve stayed here many times. At check-in I don’t usually ask if it’s a pet room but for some reason I asked and they said it actually was. Luckily there was another room available as it was a busy weekend. Difficulty finding parking also.
