Lodges at Canmore

Great location.

The fan on the refrigerator ran almost continuously which was very noisy. We were only 2 people, if we were 4 the dining table would have to be pulled out every time to accommodate sitting 4. The bedroom was also loft style which was not private for 4 people.

The location was conveniently located to what we wanted to see and do.

The unit was different than what was portrayed in photos. The carpet was torn and stained.

Facilities were amazing, location was amazing, very clean place.

Dressers, Bedding/ beds, wooden bed frame on kings size bed was wide and we hit our legs on it a lot/ not enought room to move around in king room, bedding was all sheets with no fitted sheet. Dresser drawers were not secure. Almost fell on our feet.

Everything was exactly what we needed it to be! Close to downtown canmore and the shuttle to take you into banff. Pool was warm enough for the kids and the hottub was toasty. The underground parking was tall enough for my 1 tonne diesel.and the people at the front desk were overly accommodating with early check ins, late check outs and overall care and kindness. The suite itself was clean cozy and spacious with everything we needed in the kitchen as well as laundry. Infloor heat in the tile bathroom was great.

The only thing I didn't like was the view as you can't see much other than the other suites however we weren't there to stare out of our apartment window and was so minor I still give a 5 star rating.

Very spacious and clean. Can easily sleep 6-8 people comfortably.

Bed/mattress was not as comfortable as it looked.

We have stayed here before and the property is good. Good location, hot tubs and a pool.

The unit we stayed in really needs some TLC. Counters in kitchen are burned in spots and could be redone and the carpet really needs to be torn out. The chair in the living room also needs to go. We had to second guess if we wanted to sit in it.

Set up for the kids to and parents to not have traditional hotel setting. Easy to get around close to where we needed to be.

Perhaps a bit dated and wine glasses not matching just a little thing.

Loved the pool and hot tub. Was a good size for a family of 6. The beds were nice and comfy.

Everything about this place was perfect, in fact, both my partner and myself wanted to permanently stay there. The location was perfect as well. We were able to cook there ( my partner loves to make meals) as the kitchen was well-stocked. There were even some children’s cups which was very thoughtful. The bedroom was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was an added plus.

I would have liked a softer pillow
