Layout in the building and location is excellent.

We were in the Wolf Lodge, it’s extremely worn and dated, lots of broken stuff in our room, at the least a paint job is needed and new carpet. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Mattress was obviously very old. A friend was in the cougar building and it seemed a lot newer.

Parking was too tight, a few things were old/dirty like the lamps in the loft. Price increased by $200 by changing from Thursday-Saturday to Friday-Sunday. Could have booked a new room for much cheaper.

Check in and overall communication was good

Incredibly poor cleanliness. There were stains everywhere, on the carpet, chair, couch. Hairs in the bathroom and on the bathroom wall. Just unpleasant to be in and we checked out 10 mins after checking in.

Location. And good staff. Appliances were good.

Pillows felt like rocks. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Should have blinds that pull down on the windows that are level with the loft.
