Poor service

Room too cold until the heating took effect several hours later.

Only 2 issues I had,, very minor but not knocking the place,, tv Ariel had to move for every channel,, an lights on out side al night came threw windows so hard night kip,,, black out blinds my be an option,,,, but was an exelent stay an would stay again,

Didn’t even end up staying more than 30 minutes in the property No lights, no cameras, massive window in my room so everyone can look into my room, and window on the door so everyone can see in too, faulty lock on door, there was 2 but one doesn’t even work. And the lock that does work it’s nothing more than a bathroom twisty lock, my door would budge even when “locked”. Mould behind the bed on the walls, minimal “sheet” as a cover and same goes for pillows, heater didn’t works nor the Tv, so I would’ve been bored and freezing in this room. No lock for bathroom. Went to lock my door to meet a friend, struggled to do so, and a man approaches me and tries to talk to me with a hood up and proceeds to follow me to my car. As a LONE, YOUNG WOMAN, this was my tipping point, and then I went back into the room, shaking, and handed my key back immediately to staff, and had to find alternative accommodation as this was not safe ! Have tried to contact for a refund, but nothing has come back to me yet. So yeah, worst 30 minutes of my life! Never again

Reception looked like a dumping ground for chairs and tables, room was cold, shower thermostat broken so came out like steam, dangerous raised tile in the bathroom, Floor was dangerous and the wooden slats had all come apart, only one coffee sachet and 1 milk provided...overall poor. No one around on reception to raise any of these issues beyond check in.

The place was not clean, luckily the room was OK or I'd have walked out.

on arrival there was no one to greet me i wondered around for twenty minutes before getting though to the owners. I was asked to give them my passport or driving licence as it was policy?? ive never hear of this. i refused the whole interaction was bizarre. TV in room doesnt work! no hot water to have a shower. the bath only had a shower head not bath tap so would take ages to fill? but again no hot water. no wifi no reception. The surrounding rooms litterally looked like a bomb had gone off. horrible hosts horrible location it was scary NEVER STAY HERE

Damp and dirty, would not recommend to anyone, on way to wedding, suit and dress smelt damp and place was dirty

Bedding damp, room cold, rodent in ceiling space, light streaming in through glass front door, floor uneven and breaking up, no-one on reception.
