Its not what I didn't like staying at the place. As the place is very reasonable in price concidering the places around the area. For short stays its good. Comfy bed shower and toilet facilities. Place is clean what more do you want. I noticed people want everything for a cheap price. Simple rooms with a bathroom. The couple running the site are lovely and friendly but if booking to stay please read what your needs are.

The stay for one night as a couple was terrible, want to forget about it ASAP. The floor panels are risk hazard, room was cramped and noisy with unpleasant audio from next room. I'm staying another night later this month and want to cancel if I can without cost.

Room was damp and has me and my partner poorly.. there child was outside crying and screaming from early!! Really rude on arrival when we asked if we could pay to check in early as we had a festival…

The room was basic but clean, there was no hot water so i couldn't take a shower also no soap was provided in the shower not that i could use it, the lights were kept on all night outside the room so it was very bright in the room

damp walls, holes in roof, broken dirty shower, broken plug sockets. smell was horrendous.

My first mistake what to not check the feedback that other people left recently and trust the star-rate which is obviously wrong. I'm surprised some of the excellent comments refers to the staff when I only saw one at the time of the check-in and never saw anybody again for the rest of my 4 nights stay. I cannot say he was rude, because he wasn't, but he was definitely not friendly. When I opened the room it stank, like pipe smell, I decided to stay because it was paid already and my day was already too long to start looking for another accommodation. Room was fair, I guess not up to a 3-star hotel: the floor was broken and hurt myself a couple of times, no curtain on the shower that by the way, although it had hot water, it was a real challenge to wash a long here there because pressure was inexistant, no shampoo or gel if you wonder and only one towel to dry your body, hands and put on the floor to avoid slippery floor after shower. In the contrary, the toilet had too much pressure and you had to close the lid before flushing, otherwise you would end up with 'everything everywhere'. The room had a window that faces the square inside and since it was people walking near, I had to have the blackouts all the time, but the door comes with a window that cannot be covered, so if you are not careful, you will end up giving an underrated and free of charge 'only fans' service while changing my clothes. Agree with the woman that says she didn't feel safe there, I didn't either.

I couldn’t check in, this isn’t a hotel. As a single female the room, was ok, not food or beverages we sold on site, I was going to be the only guest, the manager was dressed as if he was going to the gym. I didn’t feel safe, even after checking the room, The room was tatty, not welcoming. I rearly don’t feel safe and this place was one occasion when I just didn’t feel safe.

This hotel will take your money and when you arrive will turn you away and say there is is no availability. It was 8pm my colleagues arrived on two separate bookings and different times of arrival and both were turned down and had to find alternative accomodation at that time of night. Disgraceful. They should not be part of Hotel com, it's not good for their reputation!

Heater jammed on, room was a sweat box. Flooring has lifted due to damp. Shower was cold. When water was run to see if it would get hot i noticed that the shower tray had been installed at such an angle that it overflowed. Bathroom and bedroom flooded - hence lifted flooring that creaked when you walked on it. No spoon for tea making. TV didn't work as no aerial conected. Lights outside room on all night shone brightly through flimsy curtain. Got very little sleep and got up dehydrated and shattered.
