Was a very excellent stay , the staff was great The place was very nice and clean and quiet Will definitely be returning I recommend this hotel to people

I recently stayed at this lodge and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future. Also, this place is full of surprises. I love it.

Flooring peeling up, kettle left on with no water, smoke alarm covered up, dirty shower not been cleaned with opened empty bottles, grime and hairs around shower and toilet, dirty mug with the kettle and with teabags milk etc, grubby floor not cleaned in a while, car park looks like a scrapheap. Shower only has scalding heat water no cold so couldnt shower very dangerous. The list goes on I didnt bother to want to change rooms as i thought they would probably be the same.

Be prepared as when I arrived I thought the place had closed down, in fairness I arrived early but wasn’t able to check in. The rooms are good but unfortunately due to the very cold weather the rooms were also cold as there was no radiator heating and the rooms were relying on wall electric heaters. The room I was first put in was too cold for me. The bathroom was fabulous. I moved room which was warmer tbh. The bathroom was fab but the main walk in showers was too cold, the bath had no taps but had a shower over the bath which was just about warm enough. Good value but be prepared for a place that simply doesn’t look finished. No good option either. All this hasn’t put me off and I will stay here again.

Though I checked in at night but the compound was quiet, the room's bathroom drainage was poor. I couldn't sleep because rat entered my bag and ate the biscuit in my bag. Please do something to it. Apart from that it's quite affordable.

Recently stayed at this place for 5 nights and it was great, nice rooms and helpful staff, very reasonable prices too, highly recommended.

This place is the Pits, no coffee/tea in the room and for the TV only BBC/ITV channels if you are lucky as for a microwave NO. I give at one Star for the bathroom. Stay clear of this place it's a DUMP.

Room was very cold as the radiators were not working. Did not feel very safe and had a stranger knock on my door.

The room looks well tided and the environment also looked well kept.... considering there are on going renovation the overall service was very good
