House keeping came in without my permission. They took my personal wash cloths I bought with me and the only thing they did was make the beds. Everything else waa still dirty or had stuff on it.

Worst check in process Security deposits only cash no card accepted No room service, only you will get room service when staff free Not cleaned well inside room No napkins inside room Fridge not working Microwave not working When it comes to WiFi it’s horrible, nothing was loaded toooooo toooo much slow Don’t ever choose this hotel even you didn’t any rooms, better cancel your trip for booking this hotel I never had a such worst experience ever

It was ridiculous that they charged extra amounts for my friends in my room and their car parking.

It was my worst experience. Charged $100 deposit cash befor i got the key. I did get it back. This was not mentioned at booking. Hotel and room were not clean. Needs total renevation

We arrived earlier then check in time. Someone from hotels.com told us we could have a earlier check in. We had to sleep in the truck for 6 hours before checking in to our nightmare hotel. It should be called the bates motel. Never again and not suggested. Carpets were sticky. Thank god I bright slippers, smelt, and dirty walls. Only thing that I am happy about was the bathroom was clean.

I hotel was dirty. We had cigarettes holes in the blankets. No ice was in the machine

Service was really bad.Gave them $100 deposit..asked for receipt for that deposit and they refused.Room smelled bad ,bathroom was partially renovated..got my deposit back but would not recommend..
