Weathervane Terrace Inn and Suites

Older place. Room porch very dirty-covered in spider webs. Inconvenient bathroom floor plan

The hotel needs upgrading badly. We stayedbefore & were pleased with the layout of our suite & the convenience of the location & ability to walk so easily to town & walking trails. Your staff is wonderful!

Early check-in given which was awesome. Rooms could use a freshening up but the beds were comfie

The bathroom floor had black hairs everywhere. It was also in the bathroom drawer. It was on the kitchen floor. The bathroom door mirror was dirty. The bathroom cabinets had crusty black smears on it. Seemed like the floors were never clean and felt unsettling to stay here. It’s very outdated, but could have lived with that if it had been clean. For the cost to stay here it wasn’t worth it. Better hotels with better views of the lake are across the street. Will not stay here again.

Unit was well located to the town. Unit was dated, carpet needs replacement. Breakfast was limited in choices compared to other places we stayed during the month we were traveling.

Fantastic gem on the water. Close to everything in Charlevoix.

The room wasn't cleaned properly. A used linen was hanging in the bathroom. The refridgerator was dirty. Staff was friendly. Location was fantastic.

We had to pay an amenities fee even though the pool was closed. The place is in need of a deep cleaning, carpet, windows, balcony, patio doors on walkway, etc.

Such a wonderful, historic property. We enjoyed our suite with all the comforts of home. The housekeeping services were every day and that was so nice these days. However only a Continental breakfast was a little disappointing.
