This dated property was charming and clean. I think that they are making improvements and we enjoyed our stay. The continental breakfast could have more protein offered. Mostly breads, Cereal and yogurts. One day they had hard boiled eggs. We would stay again. We love this area!

It was everything we needed it to be. While the rooms are a little dated, they were clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for a visit to Charlevoix.

Friendly and helpful staff. Overall, the property is dated but our unit was decent and very comfortable. Centrally located with easy walks to shops and restaurants.

Everything was great except the couple above us were our alarm clock on check out day, the bed was super squeaky and they were having fun. Overall enjoyed and will book again

"We wouldn't stay anywhere else!"

We stayed in a jacuzzi room and could not have been happier with it. The hotel is older, but everything was clean and well cared for. our room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Customer service was excellent. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to check in until 8:30 pm. When we arrived, they had our paperwork and keys ready so we were in and out of the office in 5 minutes. Great people, very nice hotel and we look forward to going back. I would highly recommend!
