Weathervane Terrace Inn and Suites

Did not realize the property was so old when booked. First room was not clean ...the 2nd room was better but for the money no. Wooden bar in slider as lock was broken, Curtain loose. Dust on the microwave...toilet not clean. Bottom of shower embedded dirt that probably won't clean. Would not return.

We had a pleasant stay. Great staff.

The property was a bit run down. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special at all. The utensils supplied in the suite were lacking - one teaspoon and one tablespoon. The freezer needed defrosting and the ice maker repaired. Great view and the fireplace was nice.

Have to agree, the staff is great. The rest. Horrible. Don’t let them fool you, the “2 person Jacuzzi” is NOT for two people. It’s a joke unless you want to squeeze two small adults in there and one is forced to sit on the spigot! Very dated, ceiling tiles stained and broken. No where to hang towels. Patio door broken. Old furniture.

It used to be a beautiful place! Old and rundown, no elevator, and needs updating!

No elevators. Stairs to upper floor were narrow & spiral. Not easy for people with mobility issues. Spiders nest in room

Property is very tired and worn out. Needs a major renovation. Concrete in many parts of it are falling apart. Room ceiling and furniture to worn.

The Air conditioner didn't work

Hotel Rescue needs to do an overhall of this property. For the room price, it was very disappointing. The kitchenette and bathroom were both filthy. The carpet was gross. But the worst part was the spider webs all over the balcony so we were not comfortable sitting there. The round stairwell windows and the hallway windows were so dirty you could hardly see out. It was creepy. The management really needs to consider a renovation. They could at least assign a worker to clean the windows of common areas. I will never ever stay here again. It was way overpriced and we felt as if we had to leave our luggage in the vehicle because of the filthy conditions. We might as well have slept in the vehicle. One positive note is the bed was comfortable once we reentered the room. We just did not want to be in the room for any other reason than to sleep and shower.

Location is excellent. It’s located near all of the downtown shops and restaurants. Unfortunately this facility does not have an elevator for access to second floor rooms you must use stairs and most of them are narrow circular staircases. Very difficult to carry luggage up or down. I would not book this facility again.
