"Lacking in maintenance and repairs"

We stayed in a two king suite the last week of November for 3 nights. To be honest this is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. The room was spacious but was in desperate need of maintenance and serious repairs. Stains on the carpet, a clip to keep the blinds closed as they were broken, mold and staining on the carpet by the fridge from previous leaks, broken tiles in the tub, loose taps and overall poor lighting. The only housekeeping we received was some new towels, nothing else was cleaned. The pool, hot tub (which was working sporadically) and slide, again showing its age with little upkeep. We just happened to be in town during agribition, if we could have found a different hotel we would have moved
