Don Carlos Marbella

The resort was beautiful and very accommodating. Especially Tony who is a pool attendant. He gave 5 star customer service and great recommendations for places to eat and visit, I would definitely come back to stay again.

We joined our son and daughter-in-law for a 3 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my granddaughters 4th birthday the hospitality is second to none the staff are lovely very friendly and helpful everything was perfect and nothing was too much trouble my granddaughter loved the kids club the staff really looked after her and made sure she had fun!

Me and my family have been Don Carlos guests for almost 30 years. We have been guests of the pre opening and what we experienced even exceeded 5 star hotels at the Maledives. We have been living in the penthouse presidential suite, which alone is one of a kind: 4 balconies overlooking the sea, mountains and Marbella, the most beautiful sunsets and an interior that makes dreams come true, But besides the luxury of the place and the detailed, very thoughtful and bright new renovations, what touched our heart most was the stuff. The dedication, the friendliness, the discipline and the kindness LITERALLY made us cry when we left after one week. If you don’t come here, it will be a loss, truely. Thank you kitchen stuff for amazing food that even me as gluten and meat free could enjoy, thank you reception team of incredible shining and kind young women, thank you Johanna for the personal management and love and thank you to the stuff that has been there for the last 39 years and almost feels like family. You made us happy and humbled. A holiday can’t get any better…

We’ve been coming here for years and the renovation is wonderful! The staff is extremely friendly and always helpful, which makes you feel so welcome. The food is delicious (although we would prefer some simpler food choices, less extravagant) the beach amazing, and the daily yoga with Glenda was a highlight — she’s such a warm, inspiring teacher and her classes made us feel relaxed, but with an energized mind. Gracias!

Thankyou to Esther for making this stay truly special with our upgrade to the most gorgeous suite! The staff could not have been friendlier and for the gorgeous surprise dessert at breakfast for our anniversary! I’ve been coming to the Doncarlos for 30 years now and it’s truly the most beautiful hotel! With the new renovations my husband and I were blown away! We don’t think it could get anymore beautiful. From the moment I arrived at Don Carlos, the staff were so friendly and welcoming – a big shoutout to Patricia, Giulia, Ricardo and Frank, who were especially kind and helpful! The breakfast was amazing every morning with so many great options, with a beautiful view of the beach to enjoy the delectable breakfast with! The resort has so many lovely facilities to enjoy and is highly recommended. The absolute highlight of my stay was playing at the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre – such a cool experience! My family and I had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time at Don Carlos with our two kids (13 and 11). From the moment we arrived, the resort felt welcoming and relaxed. The tropical gardens and pools are absolutely stunning. The staff was super friendly and warm. It’s hard to name one but especially Ricardo, Frank, Patricia and Giulia looked after us very well. The staff left no stone unturned to make us feel at home. We enjoyed all the activities around the resort esp art classes by Tatiana! We have experienced many resorts but Don Carlos team made it one of the most enjoyable family holidays we’ve ever had.

Everything was great and i will definitely choose this hotel next time and the rooms are very clean and the staff is very polite.spa was wonderful
