Don Carlos Marbella

The room was fantastic. Room service the same. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel after refurbishing is now top notch. We enjoyed every minute of our stay

Tony is super nice and very helpful! He was very friendly as well! He asked us how we experienced our stay and made sure we did not need any additional help!

Myself and my friend did 3 nights here at the start of September and we had such a beautiful stay. The hotel is so beautiful, the pool is gorgeous. We were so well looked after during our whole stay, a very special mention to Mary for making our whole stay so memorable. She went above and beyond for us. Also would like to mention Libby, Elisabet, Toni, Aitana and Lucio the Experience Manager. We will definitely be returning next year with my family as they have great facilities for the children.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. I am surprised with the turn down service, and although they missed a few nights, the overall service here is amazing. Well trained staff, friendly and helpful. The concierge service made sure you are well taken cared of and comfortable while waiting for check in, providing their signature drink and assisting you in any way they can.

I traveled to Marbella in September 2025 as part of a women's golf group and we had the most amazing time at Don Carlos. The resort has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself, and the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I had a king size bed room, with a balcony that had a view of the mountains and an obstructed view of the sea. I loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the breeze and just the fact that I was in Spain! The room was extremely comfortable, plenty of room, it was clean and I loved that they regularly stocked bottles of water free of charge. The bathroom was beautiful with a rain shower, marble walls and floors and great lighting. I absolutely loved my time at Don Carlos and honestly I wish I had booked a couple of extra nights to truly indulge myself at Don Carlos. I promise that anyone that stays here will not be disappointed.

When I checked in i found i had been upgraded to a room with a sea view. What a difference a balcony and view can make. On check in the staff could not have been more helpful, giving me a personal guided tour of the entire hotel and offering to help me book anything i wanted to participate in for example yoga. The bathroom in my room was 10/10 in terms of space, cleanliness and towels. At least two towel changes a day felt very spoiling but nothing was too much trouble at the Don Carlos. From the cleaning staff to the front of house, concierge, gym staff, yoga teacher, pool assistant, everyone was the friendliest I have ever encountered at at hotel and I am fortunate enough to have stayed at many lovely hotels. The restaurants offered incredible breakfast with so much choice, the quality was very high and there was coffee at my table within 30 seconds of ordering every single morning. There is lots of choice of cuisine to choose from throughout the day and some lovely band music in the restaurant at night. The beach club was also very lovely and relaxed, Very clean and not too full. But some fun vibes coming from Nikki Beach Club next door. And the main pool area of the hotel contains the most comfy sunbeds i have ever sat on. The spa is the nicest I've ever seen at a hotel and I was regularly the only one in there. The Lounge area was very impressive, offering food throughout the day with a certain category of room. The staff were so attentive and thoughtful in all these areas. Can't wait to go back

Our resort stay was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were well cared for. From Bellhops to the front desk, from the dining establishment to the poolside service, everything was superb. The rooms are bright, wonderful beds and contemporary bathrooms. The Spa was used by a friend who has traveled extensively and she advised it was one of the finest experiences she has ever had.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were superb from the moment of our arrival to departure. The concierge, in particular, was very helpful and always available, if required. We would thoroughly recommend the Don Carlos, Marbella.

Everything about this hotel is Toronto h except the food. Only good place for food is pool restaurant. Rest is 2 stars. That said staff is outstanding, setting is to die for, rooms are extremely comfortable. Staff really made stay magical.

From the really warm welcome, including a delicious Spritz cocktail, to the stunning beach club and garden area- our stay was just perfect and we definitely will be back!
