Location and rustic interiors in the room (raw stone walls) juxtaposed with updated furniture.

Beds VERY HARD and uncomfortable, elevator out of service, first room that aligned with our booking smelled like musty/moldy and triggered my allergies, had to switch rooms but given a room inferior to the booking that we paid for, despite one being available because front desk person was “holding” it for someone who was to check in days from then. (We were staying for four nights)

The location was perfect for walking the city. We were in the middle of the Christmas Markets, shopping, restaurants and the Visitors Center to take the city bus tours.

It was lovely, no recommendations for change.
