Hôtel Sainte-Anne

The property was located right next to the Christmas markets

I found the room was not the cleanest, the bathroom, stains and dirt on the wall and the shower had mold on the ceiling. It was very loud at night. I’m not sure what the noise was. It may have been the heating system.

Nous adorons vraiment cet hotel qui est d'un confort incroyable. Du grand bain au cafe Nespresso dans le lit ultra confortable devant le foyer. Un gros wow pour nous !!

People at the entry desk were very helpful

The elevator opened as my husband fell into it..the floor was 10-12” below the level of the floor..he injured his back,hip and shoulder..took advil several times per day for some pain relief..has md appointment this week..I feel that this incident was not taken seriously enough..manager never contacted him until 5 days later on our way home

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel St. Anne. The location was perfect for walking around Old Quebec. The eoom was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would love ro stay there again.

J'aurais aimé être avisé que des travaux avaient lieux juste devant l'hôtel et de la fenêtre de la chambre.

Water pressure not great in shower, shower took a very long time to regulate

This hotel was in a perfect location; close to buses, restaurants, shops, view of the Lawrence river only a 5 minute walk. Room was perfect size for a solo traveler, frig & coffee. Clean, comfortable, no noise despite being over a touristy street. I would definitely stay here again.
