Pine Ridge Condominiums

Great price. Great location. Walkable to downtown shops and dining. On a free shuttle stop, as well. We only drove to the grocery store and a few trailheads but walked everywhere else. Condition of the overall property is excellent. Our specific condo was somewhat dated but it was clean and spacious so we were very happy with the stay and plan to return!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pine Ridge Condos. Everything was clean and well maintained. We felt welcomed the first day and we enjoyed the peaceful tranquility at night. Our unit was spotless and had great amenities. We felt right at home and would recommend your facility to anyone staying in Breckenridge1

This unit requires an update for the price paid per night. The rug is spotted through out unit; bath tub tiles are worn and some out of place; curtains are falling apart; woodwork/doors need refinishing. The icemaker broke down and flooded the kitchen. The unit was well stocked except it did not have any tissues.

Close tontown. Parking was good. Close to hikes. Wasn't so clean, carpet was dirty and dark.

Generally maintained well. Needs updating but that is part of the ski lodge charm too. Very spacious.

This property is clean and nice and conveniently located and within 2-3 minutes walk from main street. Its also very close to gandola parking. Nice place if you are traveling with kids.

We loved the location and the unit was well furnished. However, we had a group of 6 and the pull out sofa is in very poor condition and couldn’t be slept on.

This unit was OK, but needs some renovations
