Pine Ridge Condominiums

The condo was clean and in good condition. Common areas (stairs, hallway) could use some attention, as they have taken a beating from ski boots and skis, but this is a minor issue. It’s a short walk to downtown with many options for eating and shopping. And public transport is free! I’d definitely stay here again.

We loved this condo! First off, we were a couple of hours early and had picked up some milk and other items not thinking about check in. We called and asked if there was any way we could check in early, and they were very accommodating and even offered us somewhere to store our cold items if the condo wasn't ready. Fortunately, we were able to check in 2 hours early, so it wasn't an issue. The man on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable about the area. The condo was clean and just as described. The location was great, with a bus stop right across the street. There were also little chipmunks all around the property, which we adored! The only suggestions we have would be to add a chain lock or latch on the door. We were also disappointed that the hot tub closed at 8; we would have loved to sit in it in the cool night air and look at the stars. Lastly, please note that this condo is on the 3rd level with no elevator. Definitely my fault for not checking this out before reserving, but if you have any mobility issues at all, this might be a problem.

Very clean and quiet. 5 min walk into town. We had a comfortable and lovely stay.

I wanted to give this place a higher rating because the on-site people were so responsive and so kind! Also, Pine Ridge is in a great location - walking distance to downtown but far enough that it's very quiet. And there is a very nice fitness center. The problem is that the condo we were in was very, very dated - the kitchen and bathrooms had been updated, but the overall impression was 1972. I think it was probably very clean, but there were huge stains on the carpet and cigarette burns on the furniture and terrible scratches on the inside of the bathroom and bedroom doors, which made the place feel dirty. The staff was constantly working - cleaning up and planting flowers - and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. It's probably up to the individual owners to keep their condos in good shape, so it's a shame that it's a reflection on the whole development.

stayed at this property many times through the last 20 years. This time things have changed as far ar cleanliness and maintenance. After checking in we found large black ants throughout the unit including the kitchen countertops. Contackt person on duty was helpful and moved us to another unit. He tried. Second unit had ants. Not as ma y but they were there. Also found mouse droppings in the closet. Loved th I s propery in the past. Needs beter maintenance and managment!

Very enjoyable, rather dated but very clean and convenient to town. This was our first trip after my going through chemo and with limited mobility I didnt think about the property not having an elevator. We managed on the seoond floor after a very helpful young man told us we oould be guaranteed a first floor room but might be more expensive. We took the second floor guarantee but really appreciated the young man's efforts. Absolutely hate ROKU would rather go back to just the 3 networks.

This place was wondering. There was a lot of space for our 19 month old to run around in the apartment. The area was great for walking to the shops and restaurants. The only thing that might be a problem for light sleepers is you can hear the people above you flush from the master bedroom. If that is you ask for a top floor room. We were at the base level. There are also big black ants. We only saw 2 in our apartment. It scared me when I found one in my sons crib. It was after his juice sippy cup. I checked him for bites and he had none. So Id say keep your food closed in containers when staying here.
