Pine Ridge Condominiums

The property was spacious and clean. I didn't know it was on the 4th floor with no elevators. With luggage and 2 small children it was a hassle going up and down.

It was a wonderful place to have a get away with my cousins. We did run out of toilet paper & didn't realize there was no spares until later in the day when the office was closed. Also they had put short pillow cases on large pillows that didn't cover the whole pillow.

We loved calling this condo “home” for nearly a week! Our condo had everything we needed and even had a few extras that really made it feel like home. The complex is quiet, and the ability to enjoy Colorado’s beautiful views are everywhere. Pine Ridge is fantastically situated to the main streets of Breckenridge. Shops, rest, breweries and activities are all an easy walk and no more than 5-15 minutes, depending on where you want to go. There is also a free bus system that is easily accessible from the complex. We did try to use the pool during our stay, only to find it was closed. By the color of the water, it appeared to be a chemistry problem. There was no ETA on when it would be back open, and we did not go back to find out. We would definitely recommend Pine Ridge, and we are already planning our next stay!

Check in was super simple. We loved our condo, so convenient to down town Main Street. And the kindest people were working the front desk . Very friendly and helpful.

Clean, great condo layout, highly recommended!

Good location- you can ski down 4 O’clock run and easily get to the buildings. The unit we had offered plenty of seating in the family room so the 4 of us could spread out & be comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The only issue was that the dishwasher wasn’t properly anchored to the counter & it fell forward every time the bottom rack was fully extended. The unit could use some rubber mats by the front door for people to put shoes when coming in from outside. The rod to open/close the vertical blinds in the master was broken & we had to use a fork & tweezers to get them to the closed position. The unit we had just needs some maintenance, but overall it was good.

The location, access, amenities and condition were great. We loved having such agood variety if games to play. The pool & hot tubs were wonderful. I left a note with the front desk staff with three things that need attention in the unit. We loved our stay. Thank you ~

it was great

Its a very nice place with waling distance to ski center , although i cant give 5 stars bcz maintenance are late, we have problem with living room heather, they came but problem continues then no one shows up even telling them few times over the phone, but the good think is they allow us to late check out and always polite over the phone.. so not excellent but way to go !

This place was absolutely the best. It had everything we needed for our trip. And so close and convenient to the slopes. Will be staying here again for sure.
