Pine Ridge Condominiums

Good place

This condo was difficult to find late at night. Directions could have been clearer. It wasn’t as clean as it should have been. There were small things like stained carpet, burned out lightbulbs, broken towel paper holder, and no dishwasher soap that earned it a lower rating. Otherwise it was spacious and easy to walk to town.

Condo is clean and nice. The challenge we had was with the plumbing and had to plunge the toilets multiple times. We asked for maintenance and they just brought a plunger and told us to do it ourselves. It was a bit gross and detracted from the vacation experience.

Overall it was a decent stay. Pros: great location for walking to town AND to the ski lift. The master bathroom was somewhat updated. The pots and pans were in good condition for a rental. Cons: Furniture is old and needs replaced. The couch is so worn it almost has holes in it. The recliner is half broken. The mattresses in both rooms are so soft that they will wreck your back. There is also a dresser in the master bedroom closet that is completely unusable do to how the closet doors open.

Walkable to downtown Breckenridge for dining options. Responsive Onsite property contact when the front office is closed.

A very cozy clean and well equipped two bedroom apartment.

Place needs updating and repair. Having general cooking supplies would be nice.

We would give it a 3.5 overall. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a humidifier would be appreciated with the dry air from the fireplace. We loved the location and the condo was super cute. The bed is the most important part of our stay when we travel, otherwise we would have given it a 4.5 overall.

My favorite thing was that they provided all the essentials needed for our stay! Definitely was a warm home feeling.
