Great Hotel, good location near Sorrento. Amazing breakfast, staff are very friendly and attentive. Nice pool area with a bar, would have been better if the water was heated! Will definitely return

Just about to leave this hotel and it has been absolutely amazing! I honestly cannot understand the poor reviews, they do not reflect our experience at all. The room was lovely and kept very clean, and the bed is so comfortable i want to take it home. We were out and about during the day and most evenings but we loved the live music, bingo and the wine tasting. All of the staff are beyond wonderful. They are so friendly and cannot do enough for you, i have never been to a hotel where every single staff member is so kind and friendly. Special mention for lovely Vincenzo and the bar team, Francesco and all of the restaurant team, and lovely Gloria and the reception staff. And the lovely shuttle bus driver who is always on time and makes sure you get to the centre and back safely. You can call the hotel to book to come back if you don’t want to book your return in advance. Thank you all so much for such a wonderful holiday and looking after us so well, we will definitely be recommending anyone coming to Sorrento stay here.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It is a small friendly hotel where all of the staff go out of their way to be helpful and welcoming especially the dinning staff. The hotel is located quite far out of Sorrento but there is a shuttle bus into town or you can get the No 8 bus from just outside the hotel. The bedrooms are spacious with a large bathroom which has a double shower. The food was fabulous. There was a buffet style and also menu on set days. Breakfast options ranged from continental and hot food. Desserts were yummy they couldn’t be resisted. Super yummy . The TUI reps were friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to all the staff for an enjoyable holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel but nothing spectacular. The hotel is quite far out of Sorrento but they provide a shuttle bus which was very handy . The tui reps give a guided tour around the town following the welcome meeting which we found very useful as it gave us an idea of where to go when we went down to town independently. The restaurant staff really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and looked after . Our room was average not really a 4 star as advertised . We booked our trips through Tui and would highly recommend the wine tasting afternoon trip. I cannot stress how busy both Sorrento and the Amalfi coast was ! We had a trip around the Amalfi coast by sea and land which stopped off for time in Amalfi and OMG it was awful so many people !!! All in all the hotel is falling into disrepair and although I appreciate it is coming to the end of the season Tui should not advertise amenities that are no longer available , hot tubs , sunset bar and out door dining in the Lemon Garden , this was only available at lunch time and was chargeable . To top it all off both my husband and I have been extremely poorly since returning but this could have been picked up anywhere. Maybe if the repairs are completed over the winter period this hotel will come back up to expectations but currently I would not recommend.

Had a great stay. Entertainment was amazing and the food was so yummy. The waiters really looked after us especially my sister with great gluten free food. Only downside was that both of our money went missing… we didn’t speak up about it as we didn’t want to ruin our holiday and was about €40 in total however we know for 100% that we had not spent the money. Maybe the cleaners found it and thought it was for them as a tip (which we would have tipped at the end but couldn’t as the money went missing) , who knows. I also had £25 missing from the front of my bag which only stayed in the hotel room the entire time. I only realised my £25 had gone missing when I got back home which is frustrating otherwise I wills have definitely have said something to the hotel staff queueing this. Apart from that it was nice. I would just definitely make sure to use the safe to store your money in even if it is a few euros.
