I didn't know there was breakfast available.... I loved the rooftop deck to the Inn and the location within the city. The views were amazing. The staff was quick to respond to any need we had.

I could have benefitted from staff giving me an overview of the property but I never got one. The central air was nice in the main room but didn't cool the bedroom well so I asked for and got a fan.

The friendliest staff you will ever meet, shout-out to Tyesha and Diego! From check-in to checkout, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including food recommendations, travel guides, and can't miss sights! Great location, within walking distance to almost everything! Beautiful views, right on the water.

"Not worth it."

Staff was rude and changed the room we booked. They"upgraded" us to a two bedroom suite when it was just the two of us because they double booked in the building we booked/requested. We had a hard time getting the building we originally booked and then we were placed in an ADA room:( Staff was extremely rude, tried to sell us, almost bully us, into their timeshare presentation even though we told them we had stayed at the property before. They have also replaced gratis amenities with pay amenities such as coffee in the main lobby. They also kept pushing certain local businesses. The whole experience felt like a sales pitch. Will NOT be staying there again.

Located next to the water. Short distance to the center of the city. Excellent guest service. Clean, attractive suite.

We didn’t always get a parking spot in the hotel lot.

"Bait and switch- terrible customer service!!"

I booked a room in January 2025 for a stay from July 22-25 for 3 adults in a King suite with harbor views at Club Wyndham Inn on Long Wharf/ 142 Long Wharf . When we arrived we were given a room in a different building in a different hotel at Club Wyndham Long Wharf across the street at 5 Washington st. This room was in an old building with damage to the doors and entranceways to other rooms in the hallway. Our room had a double bed instead of a king and had a view of the parking lot and the dumpsters instead of the harbor view king bed we had paid for. We went to the front desk and we were told that this is a time share and they gave our room to the people that were part of the time share even though it was confirmed. The front desk referred me to a manager, and I was told she would call me and find another room. I never heard from her, so I called and spoke with Rita, a manager, who told me that there was water damage in the king room so that is why we weren't given the one we booked- so a different reason. She said we'd only be able to move if there was a no show but she'd let us know either way. The next day, we never heard so I went back to the front seat and Omayra, a different manager was on duty and said there was no where to move to but Rita authorized a refund for one nights stay . Upon check out, we were told that an " email" was sent and a refund should appear on my cc in 7-10 business days. This never happened. I called twice on 8/8/25 and was transferred to a manager and then disconnected, and then again on 8/13, and again disconnected after explaining again why I was calling. I'm just still waiting for my one nights refund as promised even though it really doesn't make up for the room switch and poor customer service received.
