Club Wyndham Inn on Long Wharf

Did not have any breakfast offered, just morning coffee

The air gap inside the window of our unit lost its seal and was cloudy … the main benefit of a harbor view was obstructed in the main section of the 3 windows. So every time we looked out, all we saw was the window we couldn’t see out from… when we mentioned it to the receptionist, she didn’t seem to care.

Location was excellent The room view was spectacular We got the room neat and clean

We asked for room service and they told us 160$ for room service. This is not a hotel if you have to pay again for room service.

For the price point, I expected more. We were given a room with a harbor window so clouded with mold floor-to-ceiling (between the panes?) that you literally could not see through it. To the desk person's credit, she moved us to a new room when we went back to the desk. This is something they KNOW about and evidently continue to book guests into it, hoping they won't complain. The room was OK, but again, for the price point, it was disappointing. It needs a good deep cleaning. The sheets were ripped. The air conditioner is LOUD. Location is great.

Fabulous location with excellent views, but the hotel area where we stayed was TIRED. Tear that old structure down and build something worthy of your fabulous location.

Location was good; ideal to proximity of main downtown Newport area/shopping/restaurants

Our particular floor had a massive ceiling water leak in the lobby area, we had to walk by which was still there the entire week, there was a mildew smell through hallway.

This property had a beautiful view, conveniently located and walkable, with easy parking. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and who wouldn't want to walk around the wharf? Friendly, helpful locals wherever we went. We will definitely be back.
