Club Wyndham Inn on Long Wharf

The resort included so many different activities and amenities that our children were entertained to the point that they did not want to leave and explore the area. Not only was there so much for the kids to do but also for adults! The movie theater was great and played family movies during the day and an adult movie in the evening. There is a game room with arcade games as well as a pool table and an activity room that hosts sip and paint nights as well as painting for children. The grounds were incredible with a nightly fire-pit, many grills, and a few swings to just sit back and relax on. I can’t speak for all of the rooms but the building we were staying in boated gorgeous ocean views.

There were some mechanical issues such as the vent in the bedroom, which would be the only source of heat or A/C, was not working and could not be fixed while we were staying in the room due to the access point for the issue. We had asked about switching rooms and were told it was not necessary. The bedroom was very warm and stuffy due to no air circulation or ventilation which made for a few rough nights of sleep. Maintenance did bring us a fan which only circulated the warm stuffy air but the gesture was appreciated since they were short staffed. I would have really appreciated the opportunity to switch rooms or even offered any sort of compensation but it did not seem to be a big deal to the other staff members.

Beautiful location and an easy walk to stores and restaurants. They do not offer daily maid service so that is a bummer. They also do not offer breakfast or any dining options on the premise.

Key system was down 1st night, no heat 1st night, shower drain clogged, no staff in sight to replenish towels etc. Surrounding area is great

I liked that I was on the harbor and could see the water. The room and staff were delightful and the parking was quite convenient. How to find the entrance to the property from the main road was not well explained. I had to blindly drive around to the back and almost missed the entrance the first time I passed it.

Best location and beautiful views

Everything was perfect except the air in the room was off upon arrival. It was sub 30 degrees outside and the room was barely 60 degrees. Took awhile to warm up to a comfortable level. Very minor detail but worth pointing out.
