Great views from our room and an awesome roof deck for sunsets.

I would definitely stay here again. The reception staff were excellent! 2 things that prompted the rating. One was TV limited channels. Hooking up to streaming was a bit of a challenge. Since I have a bad back I specifically chose this hotel for the hot tubs d indoor pool. Facilities were being renovated so we were unable to use. I understand Reno is needed but it should have been stated on website. Were rates adjusted based on limited facilities?

We had a fabulous trip at first we were disappointed. We were moved from on shore to Long wharf from a two bedroom unit to more of a studio, but we had a great time. The staff was beyond compare We actually booked a two bedroom for next year already. Thank you for a wonderful wonderful trip

A beautiful oceanfront property with easy checkin and very nice staff

Pool was under construction so 6yr old bummed but everything else was amazing. Finding check in desk was a little tricky but once you have it it’s easy.

At first sight, the property is not the typical "time share" you may have come to expect. And it's nothing fancy inside but...clean, well appointed, updated in the places that matter, king bed and WHAT A VIEW! We are in love with this location. Watching the boats come in and out of the marina, gulls and fish and even a whale from our sofa! Fantastic walking location to ANYTHING you want to see or do. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment - we love it here. Go to Benjamins for prime rib, take the Newport Travel Trolley Tour with Trolley Rob, visit Fort Adams and definitely go to breakfast at Slice of Heaven over the bridge in Jamestown. We travelled from Florida and worried we would freeze to death, but it was a glorious 55-63 degrees and sunny each day.

Toilet seat was cracked and loose. Shampoo and conditioner attached to the shower was empty. Card keys didnt work and had to get new ones 3 times which involved walking in the cold win each time

Very comfortable suite with all the amenities you need. The location was an easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Easy to find parking on the premises (we stayed there in early November). Totally recommend.
