The hotel was wonderful, staff were friendly and customer service excellent.Rooms were air conditioned which in the heat wave was a huge bonus .Nothing was too much trouble, if visiting the area again wouldn't stay anywhere else .

"A relaxing gem of a manor in Hertfortdshire!"

Stayed at Pendley Manor for a wedding and my birthday and so glad we did! The staff are very accommodating and helpful — sorting an early check in as requested! During our check in, I was greeted by complimentary chocolates and a birthday card with staff greetings which was such a thoughtful touch! The bedroom is clean and lovely, comfy beds and nice toilets/bathroom. Shower pressure is very good too. The facilities are very good — both pool and sauna! Lots of peacocks roaming the ground which was quite cool! All in all very good stay x

Beautiful property - lovely grounds - and felt like you were well away from it all

I didn't dislike anything. Attention to detail missing in a few places but nothing to make me not want to come back. Mainly on the customer service side - some great staff and some that needed a bit of extra training.

"Nice property, good value for money"

Very convenient stay in Tring. The dining / outdoor area is lovely with peacocks roaming the grounds.

The twin room booked was comfortable and spacious. However the bed in the junior suite was quite small.
