"Wouldn’t stay here again I would rather stay at a premier inn to get a better nights sleep"

Breakfast

The worst bed me and my partner has slept in we both woke up with bad backs just wasn’t great also the pillows were very flat no shape to them. Bedding has marks all over as well when leaving in the morning wasn’t even asked how our stay was so very poor house keeping. Just wouldn’t stay here again as it felt like we only enjoyed our breakfast and that was a vey expensive breakfast at £126 for the stay

"Couldn’t sleep on mattresses"

Check in was fine but no smile from staff, rooms was ok and clean. But my god BUY new beds absolutely shocking so hard I really struggled to sleep. I asked for extra pillows, they never delivered me any and I wait a good few hours before I got undressed. Rooms was too hot. Locations fine. We stays for the steak deal. Service was great and fast and food was good. Nothing exciting but good. Overall I wouldn’t visit again.

Looking a lot better now some refurbished areas visible

The bed was very uncomfortable not sure if a new mattress needed. Stayed here before and don’t remember an issue then
