Nice hotel, clean room, great location at the base of Snowking mountain; restaurant was ok (for breakfast), slow WiFi, pool and hot tub were nice

The property and location is very good. The staff was not friendly and could not solve issues that arose

Overall a really bad experience. Dirty condo, broken windows, leaking washer, filthy deck, noisy construction all day and until late and then no help with any of our bags as there was only 1 person working and no ride to our condo as it’s all the way around and up the mountain. The food was good but adding 20% to the bill and not letting us know is crazy. Pool not heated as advertised and the spa not working /hot. Same feedback from other patrons as we are trying to enjoy the pool/spa

This was a very overprice resort. Rooms where nothing fancy and had a fire alarm light that flashed all night. The food was absolutely horrible and very very expensive. The beds where nice though and it was nice to have a bar. Would definitely find a cheaper route next time

The room is ok. They don’t provide daily room clean. It is lack of vanity as a resort, no tea, no shower cap, etc. As a hotel it is ok. As a resort, they are not up to it.

We had a great experience overall and are ready to go back! Jackson is one of our favorite places in the world. The Snow King is very convenient, and I would recommend it.

It was a beautiful place to stay!

For the cost of the property, it was offensive to have to remove linens and trash from the unit and do any dishes used. That should be part of the total cost. TVs did not work, no extra linens, broken window lock. Great parking.

We had a great experience at the Snow King hotel. We stayed in a renovated double queen room - it was clean, quiet, & cool (a/c worked perfectly!). Great location - walkable to restaurants & the rodeo! We enjoyed the breakfast buffet & the kids enjoyed the pool. Staff was attentive & helpful. All in all, would stay there again! I will say the reviews almost had me rebook. It’s expensive (as all of Jackson is) so not sure if people’s expectations are just too high based on price? Regardless, I’m glad we kept our reservation - great experience, no complaints!
