"Glorified Holiday Inn without the breakfast"

If you are used to a high end quality hotel this is not it. This is a holiday inn on the side of a convenient ski run. Truly disappointed for the money spent for this hotel to be so basic.

The bathtub was peeling, the air conditioner made load noises. The front desk staff said a problem would be handled when the manager got in but it was not. Still waiting for response

"Will not stay there again"

Breakfast was overpriced and the gratuity should be up to the customer not automatically included. It’s a buffet! They did nothing.

Staff not attentive or friendly. No one acknowledged us in passing or as we entered the lobby.
