Trailborn Jackson Hole

Absolutely incredible! The view was stunning. The condo was perfect. We are a family of 4 and it was completely comfortable with plenty of space. A standard hotel room would not have been comfortable for a weeklong stay. I spent the mornings and evening of the porch enjoying the sunrise and sunset. Could have been a better stay - with the exception of working less!

My family had a celebration of life gathering on the deck at Haydens post on 7/31. Soli (Solisia Reyes) the Restaurant manager could not have been more helpful throughout the entire event. Everyone had such a great time, and it was because of her. She is so thoughtful and wonderful. I'll definitely be going back to visit her!

A memo to management: The use of bright white LED bulbs in the lamps in the guest rooms makes everything look cheap and harsh. Tell whomever is in charge of lightbulbs to buy only Soft white (3000K or less). You want to evoke a cozy, upscale ambiance with the price you charge for a room. The current lighting is doing you no favors. This is an easy fix that will make a big difference.

We had a great time at the Snow King Resort and we will book it again. We stayed in the main hotel and I was happy to find that our room appeared to have been remodeled fairly recently. We thought the room was nice and it was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet when we stayed and the facility was really nice. We didn’t have time to use the pool or hot tub but we hope to be back.

Maybe I'm a cheap ass but a breakfast with a stay would be nice, not $20 per plate breakfast. I expect more from a $300+/night place. Was offered earlier check in and arrived at our scheduled time and "the room is not ready yet".

The location of the Hotel is really good.

The hallways had a noticeable smoke smell, and the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. It seemed like these areas might benefit from a bit more attention from the staff.
