Trailborn Jackson Hole

Rude young and inexperienced staff. Rooms were terrible, small and hot.. food was even worse. They tried to hold my belongings hostage and tell me they did not have them when they did. I am referring to my phone that was left there accidentally I can use find my phone app and it shows that they have my phone and will not return it. If you’re looking to go have a good time, I recommend you do not go to this hotel. Also, they like to charge you extra nights for nights. You did not stay there. Good luck, but this place is terrible

Bed not as comfortable as expected.

Nice resort in Jackson. Very clean and convenient to town. We enjoyed the tubing and Mountain Coaster. We ate at the Aurora Restaurant at the top of the mountain. Spectacular views from the restaurant.

Fantastic location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Hayden’s was very good. Highly recommend a stay here.

I wish the conference room wasn't so far away. Still noisy in the room above us. Had requested the top floor in my reservation, but wasn't available.

Front desk attendant was rude and dismissive. Hayden's Restaurant staff were polite, food was limited and not good. The one bedroom condo was not clean, 2 of the fire alarms needed immediate attention by maintenance, dead bugs on the carpet and window sills. It was obvious this condo had not been cleaned in quite a while. There was a $150.00 cleaning fee when we were required to run the dishwasher and take out all of the trash. There is no housekeeping service during the entire 4 day stay. There is a $39.00/day resort fee to use the spa and the swimming pool even though we did not intend on using either of these amenities. I would not recommend this resort.

I purchased the “Peaks to Pamper” package which included a guided hiking tour, a 60 minute massage and spa access. I got a call a few days later, notifying me that they were no longer offering guided hikes, and I would instead receive a “discounted rate”. Cool! I was totally fine with that, since the massage and spa were what I was looking forward to, and I assumed “discounted rate” meant the room rate, like any normal person would assume. I book my appointment with the spa, Chris (the spa associate) confirmed that I had the package, and everything was included. We got our massage, spent some time in the spa, and went to leave. Chris then told me that I had to pay $500 AFTER I had already received my massage. The front desk told me they had canceled my package, and the “reduced rate” was for the spa pricing not the room. Incredibly deceptive! If they had told me I’d have to pay $500 for the spa access, I would’ve not used it! And to wait until after I was done instead of telling me up front is ridiculous. The front desk said there was no way for me to get that money back. I was tricked into purchasing a $500 massage! After being told multiple times by multiple people it was included in the package I purchased! On top of that, I called reservations, they confirmed I should not have been charged because I ALREADY PAID for the spa access, and the front desk did not honor that. The front desk seemed irritated that I was there in the first place. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. They charge you for not taking out your garbage and washing your own dishes! There’s so many better resorts out there that will not trick you into spending more money!
