Trailborn Jackson Hole

In July, I rented four condo units for a week together with a wedding, reception and dinner at Snow King Resort. I am very disappointed in my experience with the facility. One of the rooms was very dirty with moldy bathrooms and no TV service. Two other rooms were quite dated and worn however reasonable clean. The fourth was fine. Basically, you take a risk when renting a condo unit at Snow King as there is no consistency in quality. This is particularly disappointing when paying approximately $1,300 per unit, per day. The wedding, reception and dinner were ok. Management told me they would credit $1,000 for the condo problems however this has not occurred (you have to prepay everything). It has been nearly two months. I was recently told by the person I was dealing with that it was no longer her problem, talk to someone else in accounting or sales. Strange enough, I have called sales and accounting multiple times and no one ever answers. All in all, I spent around $50,000 at Snow King and I cannot even get someone to address my issue. My strong recommendation is to find a different facility in Jackson WI for a wedding that is more professional and actually focused on the customer.

I thought it would be nice to splurge for our 9th anniversary and booked a room at Snow King Mountain Resort. You would think for $600 a night you would have access to more than the motel 6 offers, not less. The rooms were mediocre at best. No discounts for anything on the “resort”. They don’t even offer a complimentary breakfast!? $25 to use the breakfast buffet. This place has been laughably disappointing. Save your money! Go literally anywhere else.

Great location from airport and easy to enjoy all that the town has to offer. Close to all restaurants and shops. Property has all amenities I look for. I definitely would stay again. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was nice to have a balcony looking up at the ski runs.

While the location to town was great, I found the resort to be underwhelming and overpriced. Several issues went unaddressed.

Good location relative to downtown (walkable), but the property is old and not well kept. Our room was not cleaned very well and the bathtub was literally peeling. Wouldn't recommend until they update the rooms.

Just ok for us- I really don't like their practice of automatically adding 20% gratuities to meals and drinks. And it's 25% at the spa. I prefer to tip based on my experience- it's earned not entitled !!

Great experience. Friendly staff. Close to town. Clean. Good internet access. Shuttle to & from airport. Nice view of snow king mountain. Would definitely go again
