Very friendly staff Good accomodations - sports, leisure, food,… Lots of space

The resort is nice and surrounding area is beautiful. The staff and management Michelle the manager in particular was extremely unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. Michael the front desk operator is not helpful at all, the staff and hotel in general is extremely disorganized and need training 101 on basic courtesy and hospitality. Will never stay at this resort or recommend any one staying here if you want to enjoy your stay in beautiful Jackson Hole.

Very loud voices (party?) and loud music in room adjacent to ours began at 2:45 AM. Impossible to sleep.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. There was not view (lawn and dumpster) but we could easily leave our room to see the views in other parts of the building. Jackson is a fun town in summer - and Snow King keeps it exciting even when you cannot ski. I am bummed we didn't remember to ask for VIP beverage perk.(And they didn't offer when we checked in)

Awesome location in an amazing location!

Beautiful and big property, big one bedroom suite room. Nice view over the hill to see Tetons. Description should remove “Murphy bed” as there isn’t one. Only a pull out couch. We went in summer. Winter looks really nice as ski in and ski out. Staff felt light at this time of year.

This place was ridiculously expensive and not clean. Our bathroom was dirty and paint was peeling off the bottom of the tub terribly. The tub also took over 30 minutes to drain . The first floor smelt like smoke every time we walked to our cars. Our room was never cleaned during our stay either. I brought up concerns at the front desk and they offered no solution.

Had to clean before I left throwing the trash annd doing the dishes and hotel will charge a fee for extra towels. It’s insane at a $500 a day.
