The guy at the desk who checked us in was really lovely and friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Nice quiet room with beautiful mountain views, great hot tub to relax in after skiing. Walking distance to downtown and lots of restaurants. Cute dog.

Came for the cheap prices and hot tub. You get what you pay for, don’t expect luxury here!
CACame up for a two night ski trip booked two rooms with two queens, when we arrived something went wrong and the second room we booked was lost in the system. Obviously they were not able to make an available room out of thin air so we had to share our one room between the four of us. Sam the owner expressed his deepest apologies for this and was able to get it correct the next day and more then made up for our inconvenience. Thank you Sam for making it right for us! Would definitely stay again, location to downtown is great!
Bathroom door wouldn't shut, towel rack fell off the wall, shower quit after about 2 minutes, bathroom sick drained slowly, no phone. Not recommended.

It was in a great location but could have been cleaner and had a ice machine that worked
CAA group of us were all booked into the motel from July 5 to 8, 2022. We all received emails from the motel on March 19 cancelling all of our reservations. One of the group phoned to ask why. She was told that they would be renovating at that time. (A strange time for renos in the busy summer season??) We were just in Fernie at another hotel. When we drove by this place it did not look like there were any renovations. happening. There were beautiful hanging baskets of flowers outside & the parking lot had vehicles that looked like guest vehicles. It sounds like they got a better offer of larger group of guests so they cancelled ours.
