Food.. some edible some awful Don't eat the cheese slices, tasteless and awful texture, close to crumbly cardboard !! Pool was ok, swim up bar only has beer, fizzy drinks and coffee Beach was 20 metres away and lovely but no bar, had to keep walking back to pool bar. Staff... most really great, some not so. Knock a few stars off their rating for realistic level at resort. Room dated, but you only sleep and shower so that never bothers us. They made the bed and cleaned the room every day. Pot luck if you had working air con, and we had no fridge. Others had a fridge but hit and miss if it worked or not. The French love this hotel, they cater for them more than any other visitors, and lots of older generation here. Beer was acceptable, cocktails were crap as mixers were the syrup type and not proper fruit juices, and I swear they water the vodka down, I should have been wasted on them but wasn't lol. Pineapple mixer was the best of the crap. We will never go back. Staff were encouraged by management to get visitors to do good reviews, so I obliged with a short nice one, but since back home, have deleted and written this realist one.....

I had an amazing stay at thalassa mahdia Hotel The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable A big shout-out the animation team for keeping the fun going All day long Especially Doudou who makes everyone smile and join the activities

Staff are great, very friendly and always helpful. Room has all you need, and have enjoyed the food. Pool is great and plenty of sunbeds

All the staff are very helpfull food is brilliant the sea is amazing and the view is beautiful really nice place for single couples and family’s

This was my first experience as a solo female and I had the best time. The actual hotel it self was OK, the food is very hit or miss however the animation team and bar staff are amazing and definitely made the holiday 10/10, Luca, Kiki and dodo are outstanding along with Slimane is also fantastic and even with the language barrier he is so funny and hospitable.

If Luca kiko and slimane wasn’t here our experience would have been very very different. Food was ok didn’t eat much. Rooms could’ve been better had no fridge. The actual hotel and pool area is gorgeous the beach is lovely !! Entertainment was amazing but like I say Luca and kiko and slimane are 10/10

Very good entertainment lovely staff especially Kiko and Luca both very funny and kept the energy throughout food was okay but highly recommend the food in the local area lots of variety some Italian and Spanish dishes if you don’t fancy Tunisian food but overall experience I would rate 10/10. The rooms are okay I would recommend to upgrade from standard room only thing I would say out the whole experience that wasn’t that great but overall like I said very good time loved every second of it

The animation team at Thalassa Mahdia is great this year. Always kind, full of energy, and making every day and evening fun for everyone. The mini disco is amazing, my daughter enjoying it every evening and I think I can speak for all children here. I have been in this hotel three times, and this animation team is the best. Thank you all for making our holiday so special 😍 we will miss you.
