The hotel is extra top personall is wery geeat they will help you 24h if you lose some things on beach you can pickup on reception.and Hassine is wery helpful and the waither rabakh is so good and all of the waithers need more tips

Bad experience, very old furniture, the most importing things the glass are wash at hand, hygenee is very low, the rooms are bad, small, very old furniture and the cleen is hotel us 2. The food is mediocre, they have only 2 bars, with bad drinks, nothing quality, i will never go to Thalassa Chain. They have a sepereded programs for italian people, you can not eat were they take diner, and i thinks the drinks are diferent for them, bad entertaiment in the evening, and to make an ideea about this Hotel of 4 stars, but in reality is 2+ , the MiniDisco or the pkace to leave your child is to a toilet were it smell ,this is a Good management Thalasssa . Enjoy your holiday !!!

We stayed in this hotel for two weeks and had a great time here. Everything was good, food, staff, and especially animation team, both for adults and children. Mario is the best animator.

we are on our third day in this hotel, an hour and half from NBE airport, the lobby was nice but too hot no aircondition the whole day. better stay in your room with a little aircondition. (better than the lobby). Internet was good through out the hotel. The current temperature ranging from 30- 39 degree from 10 am to 16:00; rooms are outdated and not been refurbish since the it was built in 2002 contrary to what the they claiming it was refurbish in 2018. the amenities are good with 4 pools including children slide and indoor pool, food was basic and repetitive, but i have to give 4 star for most staff on the main restaurant name Housse and Mohammad for warm kindness and Hassine in the bar for his signature drink. Kudos to these people who have made the whole groups holiday a positive experience. Sad that we cannot go and explore the outside due to current Uk travel advisory. The entertainment was good especially with family with children. Location to the beach was amazing. Relaxing to see the sunrise and sunset and people enjoying all water activities late afternoon, pool closes at 5 and 6 pm no late swimming so you must enjoy when you can.

Everything was great I went with my bf and we have all good to say about this resort Food was nice, workers are great and it have a loving exterior and interior They have a very funny animators that we enjoyed spending time with especially Mario who was always there for us Will come back again for sure❤️

This year's Holiday was horrible,problems with the room the beginning, the good Is still ok, the sea Is amazing And the chasseur Hassine is the best.

I think that all the people who work in a hotel are nice and always have a smile on the face, but there are many people who don't know how to talk to customers I thank so much Mohamed (lifeguard) and louka(animation) and aziz (bar) And the hotel its very good and I will come again See you soon

All the negative reviews 🤦🏾🤣 for what it is it’s great . A bit dated I.e could do with some paint and rooms updating . However for how much it costs and what you get . Awesome . Food can get a bit boring however it’s great otherwise . Staff are great too .

A beautiful hotel in Tunisia, a perfect blend of luxury and tradition, with lovely staff, clean pool, fantastic food, fun animators, and great daily entertainment.

The animation team has a lot of energy, they are really nice, especially Kiko, Luka, Mido, Billy, Momo, they are really the best. The beach is beautiful, food is good. I would definitely come back.
