I appreciated how consistent everything felt. The room temperature stayed comfortable, and the bedding was clean and soft. The room layout is super sleek, though I would have loved just one or two more hooks or a slightly larger shelf for my extra gear.

I'm staying here for a week... day 1... sooo many problems already... our room that was supposed to support 6 people had a pull out couch that was too big for the room and didnt pull out... 2 of our party didn't get a bed... when I called the front desk they were aware of this issue and still booking the room for 6 occupancy... they offered a twin cot , but that left us still needing a bed for 1 person... very unhappy! Day 2... front desk is supposed to be switching our room this morning... or at least that is what I was told last night... I was greeted this morning by a young girl front desk clerk named Patton who was extremely rude and very sarcastic! I explained my issue and she said that it doesnt matter and that check in isnt until 3pm... im currently in room 64 and I expect a call from management sometime soon... The organization of the breakfast food was a bit off. example: the toaster was at the beginning of the line, but the bagels and bread were one of the last items to grab. Causing congestion in the line.
