"Ok wouldn’t stay for pleasure but it was fine for business."

All the staff helpful and friendly

At a big meeting end there were not enough toilets open . Lots of little flies in my room reported at check out and got an apology and that it would be reported to HK but no offer to me of points or a free breakfast as an apology.
