Room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. All staff welcoming and helpful.

It was attractive but a ways off the beaten path.

I would have like more restaurants around it.

I stayed here for a couple of nights whilst attending an event. Check-in was smooth, with the lady who helped me being very efficient and ensuring I had all the details and info I needed. I had decided to treat myself a little and booked a junior suite. The room was a good size with a nice sitting area, good sized bed and good bathroom with shower. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The seating area made relaxing easy and comfortable. The room had obviously been refurbished at some time fairly recently, and it was well presented, modern and clean. I ordered room service one night and it came in a decent time. One small issue was a glass of wine missing, but the lady apologised and was back very quickly with it. How a problem is solved is often a good indication on how a business works, and this showed they cared about customer service and dealt with it quickly. Breakfast was ok, with a decent selection of hot and cold items. What I had was decent enough and I had no issues with the food. In summary the room was one of the better ones I’ve stayed in recently and I have no complaints. Service overall was very good and I’d happily stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic & helpful staff

Checked in to a Junior Suite for two nights and we were impressed. Check in was quick and the front desk staff were friendly. Stayed in 715 and it was immaculate. Massive super king bed, cosy sitting area and a good bathroom. Mini fridge was stocked with water and AC was very powerful. Club Lounge was good, canapés and drinks on hand and loved the cheeseboard! Hotel is located near excellent 24 hour bus links to/from Gatwick and the town centre. The Starbucks in the restaurant is a big plus! Very happy with our stay and will come back again some day 🙏

Our room was a long walk in back of the hotel and my wife had a mobility issue. The room was fine but cold and I couldn’t control the temperature from the room as it was centrally controlled. I did get a small heater but it wasn’t a really good solution. We had breakfast and it was a fabulous array of breakfast foods prepared by chef Paul who was very friendly and helpful. One of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. Well done Paul.

A greatly improved experience when compared to previous stays. For this stay, we were upgraded to a premium room, and also had club lounge access. The room was well appointed, clean ands spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. We were only staying for one night, and all of the hotel staff were particularly helpful whilst there; check-in, club lounge, hotel restaurant and at check-out. A special mention to Manjula in the restaurant for the dinner service, menu choice, and a very friendly nature. We will of course return next time we’re flying out of Gatwick!
