My wife and I spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza hotel at Gatwick upon our return from a Cruise out of Southampton. The room and facilites were adequate but the real stars here were the staff who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The day manager helped get us in our room early and assisted us with any queries we had during our stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was excellent. Our server Manjula was very friendly and efficient. I'd strongly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a comfortable full service hotel in the Gatwick area.

Stayed here the night before flying out for a holiday to China. Perfect location for the airport, so quick and easy to get to the drop-off point. The hotel has a really lovely atmosphere, very welcoming. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable and have all the amenities that I needed. Food was excellent too, and for a London hotel near the airport very reasonably priced. I’d like to say a particular thank you to Manjula, Viktoria and Aadi for the service that I was given. They were very courteous and very attentive. Five stars for those guys alone.! Would certainly be my first choice of hotel should I be flying out of Gatwick again in the future.
