"Warm Hospitality in a Convenient Location"

The stay was smooth and comfortable, with tidy rooms and welcoming staff, especially Manjula, who greeted us with genuine warmth and kindness. The location was ideal, making it simple to get around and visit nearby attractions. All in all, it was a lovely experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

"Amazing stay."

One of the best hotel on the area, close to shopping center, to our business area, and what more important, services in the hotel, front desk employees are very professional specially “Aditya” was amazing, very helpful and has special skills of dealing with the guest, I tried him myself and was amazing. And waitresses in the dinning area are very friendly. Thank you crowne plaza for the hospitality. Definitely will come again.

"Overall great place to stay!"

We have used the crown plaza gatwick on a few different occasions. There is an airport shuttle service available from outside. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is superb, staff are very friendly! The atmosphere in the restaurant and lounge was calming and quiet. Generally good value for money! Only negative compared to other crown plazas is the lounge doesn't offer as a wide range off food as others and is open for such a short time. Paul who works in the kitchen was lovely and friendly and stopped for a chat to ask how our stay was!
