Hotel Minerva

What a beautiful hotel. Our room for 3 was lovely and spacious. We all really enjoyed our stay (ages19, 55 and 77) The staff were amazing and the views were absolutely stunning! Our meals (breakfast and dinner) were delicious and all the staff looked after us so well. We are missing Guiseppe singing to us every day! We also enjoyed using the rooftop pool. We have so many happy memories- Thankyou!

Amazing hotel stay with outstanding staff and an amazing view. Food was great and traditionally Italian. Key feature for me was the care and attention given to me to accommodate my dietary requirements which meant the world to me . Everyday I was given the evening meal options and whatever I chose they made sure the chef made it in line with my needs. We have definitely found our happy place staying in the Minerva and drinking in that view ! We are definitely booking to come next year.

We travelled as a family of 3 , myself, my brother, and my mother. My mother had stayed at this hotel several years ago with my late dad, and we needed a break after a couple of hard years after his passing. The hotel is amazing! Stunning views as already mentioned in other reviews. What makes this hotel special, is it's staff, food and hospitality! As a hospitality professional myself of nearly 30 years, the standard of service and food, and hospitality we received was second to none! From the house keeping, to Franco around the pool, Antonio and Rochelle on the bar, and thel lovely Giuseppe and his team of professionals in the restaurant , it made our holiday very special! We can't thank all the team enough, and look forward to returning! Brilliant!

We have just left a lovely seven night stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the views are absolutely amazing! It’s a short walk into the centre (approx 20 minutes) the pathways are quite narrow and the roads very busy so you do need to be careful when walking. The staff are lovely and polite, and very friendly. The hotel is very clean. There is plenty of space to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a big comfy bed. The only slight negatives for me were the shower wasn’t powerful enough for me, I have long thick hair and washing it was a challenge! I ended up having to have it cold to get more power! And I think the snack menu at the pool bar would benefit from a couple more items like some sandwich options. But these are very minor and it would not put me off recommending or staying here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

La chambre avec les couleurs de la Méditerranée. La terrasse avec vue dégagée, la piscine et la terrasse pour le petit-déjeuner! Un carlage avec les couleurs des agrumes! Exceptionnel le personnel, super gentil tout le temps de la réception, du restaurant, de la piscine et les femmes de ménages!!

Dans la chambre il manquait des porte serviettes et porte manteaux pour raccrocher les grandes serviettes de la douche. Pour ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner sans gluten, l'offre était limitée à des produits industriels placés dans un coin. C'est domage par rapport aux possibilités de sans gluten disponibles partout dans la ville!

Personalet var så vennlige og imøtekommende. Frokosten var usedvanlig god og laidback. Utsikten fra rommet var spektakulær og hotellet hadde alt man kunne ønske seg. De gjorde bryllupsreisen vår til et høydepunkt på turen🥰

Litt lytt mellom rommene. Litt mye støy tidlig på morgnen fra vaskepersonalet.

Excellent hotel from start to finish,wonderful view over the bay and of Vesuvius. Food and drinks very very good. All the staff were extremely polite helpful and took care of us exceptionally well. Definitely worth a stay and a revisit.
