Good quiet location with free off road car parking. Very comfortable clean spacious room. Plenty of good tea/coffee available in upstairs kitchen on 3rd floor. Excellent communication beforehand with key codes for both main and room doors.

Choice of breakfast could have been more varied. The breakfast tables would have benefitted from having a tablecloth.

Everything was fantastic. We got a complimentary upgrade at no additional charge. Room was clean and spacious. The fireplace was a huge addition. Breakfast was also fantastic and a good start to the day! Highly recommend!

The Beech Tree Innis adorable. It is well appointed and clean. Our stay was very comfortable. We found local restaurants within walking distance and it wasn't far to the main part of town. The breakfast is really good too.

There was a hot water issue but it was fixed quickly and didn't effect us.

The room was comfortable, clean and charming. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The balcony off the room was lovely and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
