We accidentally forgot our laptop bag at the hotel, and the team promptly contacted us and ensured it was safely returned, which we truly appreciated.

One challenge was parking upon arrival. There is no designated parking available for guests before completing the check-in process. As a result, we had to find street parking before checking in, and only after check-in were we allowed to use the basement parking with a normal parking fee. Having a short-term or temporary parking option for arriving guests would greatly improve the experience.

Great location, clean fresh and well maintained. Nice breakfast too.

"Great location!"

A very nice hotel, in a great location! Close to the arena, numerous bars and restaurants. Underground parking is $25 per night. Room (queen) was great but a bit dark (we turned on all the available lights). Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Our room was facing Grafton street and, even though we were on the 5th (top) floor, we did hear some street noise, particularly early morning trucks. Staff were very friendly. We did not have the complementary breakfast but it looked good.

The location was excellent for the venues we were visiting. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area to choose from. The breakfast was always fresh and hot with many healthy options.
