It was great experience, spacious rooms with full kitchenette equipments. very great location , walking distance to downtown restaurants and Citadel Hill. Hot breakfast, eggs waffles and fresh fruits. That is for free, included in the rate. friendly staff.

Location was what we were looking for. Happy with our room and how comfortable and clean. Nice to have breakfast included.

Room was clean just had this little damp smell

Front desk personnel tricked me into charging me incorrectly saying that it was a pre authorized charge and that I would receive my money after my 3 nights hence stay. I double asked her and she assured me only for her to come and tell me a doc and bill story that booking.com pad them for only 2 nights and that she needs to charge me and took an extra $200 dollars over from me. Such a rip off !

The front desk person was very friendly and efficient. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable. Very clean also.

My husband had to climb on top of the counter to be able to get a glass out of the cabinet. Very hard to reach. The people in the next room slammed their door quite hard over and over and were very loud. Kept waking us up quite early.
