"Keep clear of this hotel...!!!"

I am writing a review on behalf of my best friend... My friend and her husband went for a special weekend for there anniversary... Sadly she had to come back early as her experience at this hotel was awful.!!! The room was dated and there was mold on the walls dirty on the skirting and the reafiator was chipped and dirty looking... I was so sad for them both as they needed a nice break together.... But instead had to leave early on this special anniversary and lose out on money as well...why does this hotel remain open!!! Don't go there is hate anyone else to have that experience... My friends did not deserve this at all!!!!!

"I’d stay again."

The pool was lovely and warm. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Food in the bar was ok.

I read the reviews and have to agree there are parts of the hotel that could do with smartening up however all things considered it was fine.

Clean. Good location. Good parking. The spa facilities were good for the cost of the room.

We were unlucky enough to have issues with the warm water in the bath, they offered a room change but it was too late to take it as we had unpacked. Probably just an us problem but it marred the experience a bit.

"Disserpointed and wont return."

Pool was nice. Ive stayed previously 6 times. This was the worst ive experienced Road works going on outside my room untill midnight when I was getting up at 2am for a hike. (Should of been told about this)Shower was freezing cold. Not happy paying £160 for that at all.

Roadworks going on loud untill midnight! Shower freezing cold 2 separate beds when stopping with my fiance Really disserpointed this time and as ive stayed here 6 time in the last 2 years. Itll be my last and will be looking to stay somewhere eles going forward. I have messaged the hotel and they didnt even bother to reply. Great service

The room was well below the standard I expected. Small. Needing redecoration. Bathroom was dirty. Windows were dirty.

The room was lovely, comfortable beds, very nice vibe in the hotel. Nice pool and steam room/sauna. Staff were friendly. Very clean.

No pets. Pet friendly room would have been great.
