Clean tidy -functional Staff helpful and polite good customer service

Just a bit tired on the outside Reception area could be a bit brighter and welcoming

Staff were friendly and beds comfortable with well decorated bathrooms great central location for touring the area

Twin room was very small and quite dated looking. Carpet on stirs badly needs updating. Much of the gym equipment was rusty leaving marks on my clothing

Great location, access to main roads and local attractions and facilities

Hotel is very run down and old fashioned, paint peeling off walls holes in carpet, in general it needs a major investment. Staff are friendly Bar is very tired with a small faulty TV.

To be totally honest the only thing that went well was that they did give us another room in an annex which did have 2 windows to the back so this room looked a bit brighter than the first. That’s the only nice thing I can say

Everything else. The room was deplorable. There was a moth in the bed then in the morning another moth under my pillow then a spider IN the bed too. The walls were patched and peeling as was the radiator. The windows, well one window was a bit bloomed so couldn’t see out that one clearly the other could open when it had a sticker on it saying it was restricted but it wasn’t restricted in any way but when I opened it i quickly closed it as it was so mucky. The toilet was clean but lacking proper toilet seat that fitted or anything to put your stuff on whilst getting ready. I have never been in anything so horrible

The Staff, the Food, Health Center, Pool, and a short walk to the town center.

A bit dated needs an overhaul with the decoration
