Tired decor. Shower took a long time to heat up (circa 4 minutes). Curtain was ripped.

"Horrendous"

Nothing,food wasn't bad but the whole the building was in disrepair and like a building site.We were absolutely devastated by the condition of the property,to suggest it was tired would be a ridiculous understatement.

The photos displayed on Booking.com were a travesty and fraud ,as the facade of the buildings, walkways and communal areas were in a terrible state .So much so ,we nearly turned around and left. I would suggest Booking.com do far more due diligence when offering sites like this to long standing users.

"Don't waste your money"

Nothing about hotel

Everything hotel not as pictures and description,there was no hot water and we had booked 3 rooms and all 3 rooms had no hot water,and at £190 per night very over priced for the state of the hotel

"Ben Nevis Hotel - Ok"

Loved the pool and sauna. Staff friendly and the food was nice.

The room was very small even though I had booked superior double rooms it certainly wasn't! Very tired inside and out.

"Megan made the stay, she was outstanding on that front desk. She made us feel at home."

We didn’t have breakfast, but they were very helpful and kind to let us use the fridge. The pool and hot tub were a great addition! The bathroom and bedroom were good. It was practical and just what we needed for the purpose of our stay. Megan was 10/10. If she’s not a manager, she should be after you read this!

General wear and tear of the building needs a bit of TLC, but didn’t hinder the experience.
